From the match programme:-

"FROM THE COACH"

"Last weekend's result was obviously not what we wanted, but more importantly, we didn't impose our game on Cross Keys and I feel that we went totally into our shells. We played well for the first 15 minutes forcing a couple of 5-metre scrums, but we then bombed to easy tries and lost our shape and playing patterns which was very frustrating."

"I think these are things which we will put right for today's game. We had some straight talking in our first training session this week and nobody is under any illusions as to the disappointment over our performance as well as the result last weekend. The team moved away from what they had been taught and that is something we have worked on very hard this week, concentrating on our structure and patterns of play."

"Llandovery can be a tough side. They have caused us problems in the past and have picked up a couple of good wins this season. Their real threat is in Cerith Rees who can kick from pretty much anywhere so we have to concentrate on keeping him out of the game and not giving anything soft away for them to take advantage of."

"Thanks for your support."
