Born 13 March 1942 at Cardiff. Bedwelty Grammar School. Joined after completing studies at Loughboro Coll where he played in Middlesex 7?s side. Short stay at Newport - played 27 times from 1962/3 to 1964/5 scoring 8t. Debut vs UAU at RP Dec 27th 1962 (W14-8). Won 2 Welsh caps in 1964 (E,SA) before going north for a successful career with St Helens RL. Played for GB.
