Educated Llandovery College.Played for Gouteng Falcons (Transvaal), Bridgend, Maesteg, Pirates Johannesburg, London Irish, and Newport RFC 1999-00 to 2000-01. First big name to sign under benfactor Tony Brown in Summer 1999. Favourite moments were winning Welsh cap and beating Springboks. Joined Cardiff on free transfer.

Played for Caerphilly in 2004-05.
