Born Southsea, 3 Feb 1882. Played for Pill Harriers (capt 1910/1), Monmouthshire and Glamorgan. Good swimmer and represented Wales vs England in 1907 at bowls. Helped Newport win Welsh Baseball Championship in 1911. Played for Newport vs SA 1906 and 1912 - try disallowed vs 1912 SA for ?knock-on?. 2 Welsh caps 1912-1913 (SA, Scot). Wales Baseball International. Newport / Pill police officer. Played for Ndewport RFC 1903/4 to 1905/6 and 1911/2-4 + 1919/20. One of 3 brothers to play for Newport - Jack and Eb. Died 3 Feb 1934, Newport.
