A doctor by profession, Paul has played for Cardiff and Ebbw Vale and won honours with Wales U16,U18,U19 and U21. Paul went on the Wales development tour of Canada and has played for the Barbarians. He joined Newport RFC from Ebbw Vale in 2004/5.
