Played for Bridgend and Cardiff 1994-95 to 2002-03. Later played for Pertemps Bees and Coventry but sat out season 2007-08 due to finance exams.

Made 10 appearances for Newport RFC in 2008-09.

Signed for Bridgewater & Albion RFC for 2009-10 season.
